Functional Results of Total Hip Arthroplasty for Ankylosed Hip By Yildiz Analay Akbaba


Seven patients’ 8 hips in whom ankylosed hips were converted to total hip arthroplasty between October 2011 and November 2015.All patients had surgery ankylosis. All patients received the samerehabilitation program after total hip arthroplasty. The patients evaluated before surgery and after 1 year surgery for lomber and kontralateral hip pain, hip joint range of motion, funtional status and satisfaction from treatment.
